By purchasing or using a ticket to Mardi Gras World (“MGW”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Ticket Sales & Entry
- Tickets are sold online and in person and are valid only for the date and time selected at purchase.
- All tickets are timed-entry tickets. Admission is subject to availability and venue capacity.
- Mardi Gras World is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets.
- Tickets have no cash value and may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without written permission from MGW.
2. No Refunds & Exchanges
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to missed tour times, late arrival, early departure, weather, or personal circumstances.
- Tickets may be exchanged for a different tour time or date at MGW’s discretion, subject to availability.
- Exchanges may be conducted online or by contacting MGW staff.
- Guests who arrive early or late may be accommodated at a different tour time at MGW’s discretion and as space allows.
- MGW makes no guarantee that late arrivals or early arrivals will be accommodated.
3. Tour Operations & Venue Rules
- Guests must follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines while on the premises.
- MGW reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest without refund for:
- Inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior
- Intoxication
- Harassment of staff or other guests
- Failure to comply with venue rules or staff instructions
- Entering restricted areas or interfering with operations
- MGW reserves the right to modify tour routes, tour length, content, or timing, or to substitute experiences as operational needs require.
4. Photography, Video & Intellectual Property
- Personal photography and video recording are permitted, provided they do not disrupt the tour experience.
- Recording of the video presentation or extended recording of the guided tour’s spoken content is prohibited.
- Commercial photography or videography is permitted by prior written permission only and is subject to the terms of a commercial photography contract/location agreement with MGW.
- Drones are strictly prohibited anywhere on MGW property.
- Mardi Gras World reserves the right to photograph, film, or record guests during tours.
- By entering MGW, guests grant permission for their likeness to be used by MGW for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes without compensation.
5. Accessibility
- Mardi Gras World is committed to accessibility and welcomes guests with disabilities.
- Wheelchairs are available for guest use on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.
- Guests should be aware that MGW is a large facility and an active production warehouse, which may include uneven surfaces, noise, large props, and industrial equipment.
6. Assumption of Risk & Liability
- Mardi Gras World operates within an active production and warehouse environment.
- By entering the premises, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the tour.
- MGW is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including but not limited to phones, cameras, bags, clothing, or other belongings.
- Guests agree to release and hold harmless Mardi Gras World, its owners, employees, and affiliates from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Force Majeure & Operational Changes
- MGW is not responsible for tour interruptions, delays, or closures due to circumstances beyond its control, including weather, power outages, mechanical issues, or government orders.
- Tickets remain non-refundable in such cases, though MGW may offer exchanges at its discretion.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
9. Acceptance of Terms
- Purchase or use of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Mardi Gras World reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
