When you opt in by providing your mobile number through our website or at our facility, you will receive automated response texts, which may include replies to your inquiries, tour and ticketing information, booking and event confirmations, visit reminders, and occasional updates about Mardi Gras World tours, events, and promotions.

The following terms apply to a separate, internal program available only to Mardi Gras World employees and contractors.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Mardi Gras World Shuttle Alerts is a separate, internal automated text messaging program operated by Blaine Kern Studios / Mardi Gras World, 1380 Port of New Orleans Place, New Orleans, LA 70130. It is available only to Mardi Gras World employees and contractors assigned to shuttle operations. Enrolled staff receive operational incident notifications regarding the Mardi Gras World shuttle service, including vehicle breakdowns, route delays and disruptions, accidents, and passenger safety events, so that on-duty supervisors and management can respond. This program sends no marketing or promotional content.
HOW EMPLOYEES ENROLL
Employees assigned to shuttle operations opt in in writing by completing and signing the Mardi Gras World Shuttle Alerts SMS Authorization Form, which is publicly viewable at https://www.mardigrasworld.com/shuttle-alerts-consent/. No mobile number is enrolled by any other method, and no numbers are purchased, rented, or obtained from third parties.

Message frequency varies by operational conditions, approximately 2-10 messages per month.
